AMP has announced five key appointments to its Australian Wealth Management leadership team, including the appointment of Fraser Herd as managing director, client relationships.
In this role, commencing end of June 2019, Herd will "build and enhance" AMP's direct advice channels.
Herd is a senior executive with international and local experience, AMP said, most recently as part of Credit Suisse's private banking leadership team.
The other new appointees are: Lakshman Anantakrishnan as chief investment officer; Ant Dureau as chief client officer; Jen Thomas as chief operating officer; and Lara Bourguignon, as chief executive officer, SuperConcepts.
The team will report to Alex Wade, AMP CEO, Australian Wealth Management.
