AMP has announced the appointment of Lara Bourguignon to the role of director of strategic marketing & customer experience, effective late April 2018.

In this role, Bourguignon will be responsible for all strategic marketing and customer experience activities, including data and analytics capabilities, across AMP's wealth management businesses.

She will replace Rod Finch, who moves into the role of director superannuation, retirement and investments, vacated by Vicki Doyle in December 2017.

Bourguignon will join from NAB subsidiary, MLC, where she is currently general manager, customer experience super, a role she was appointed to in March 2017. Prior to this, she held various positions within NAB including GM corporate super; GM Plum and Group Insurance - MLC; chief financial officer, NAB Support Units; and head of investment controls, NAB Wealth.

At AMP, both Finch and Bourguignon will report to group executive wealth solutions and chief customer officer, Paul Sainsbury.
