Altis nabs Qualitas director

Altis Property Partners has appointed James King as its new director of investment management and capital.

King comes from Qualitas Group where he spent the last six years as a director, responsible for domestic and offshore institutional capital relationships. He previously spent time with CIMIC Group in Sydney and Dubai, Limitless in Singapore, and HillPDA Consulting in Sydney.

"James has terrific experience and is a well-regarded individual within the institutional, wealth advisory, and high net worth real estate investor space," said Altis executive director for investment management Paul Notaras. "We are thrilled to have him join the Altis team as we execute on our various growth initiatives. James also has a passion for impact investing, particularly as it relates to environmental sustainability, which is a key focus area for Altis."
