The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) has appointed former NAB customer strategy manager Campbell Daff as head of membership services.

Daff spent the last two years as head of membership operations at RACV and a year as head of integrated customer experience at the Toll Group.

In his new role, Daff will lead AFCA's membership team to delivery the ombudsman's new vision for membership services.

AFCA chief David Locke welcomed the appointment. "Campbell has a strong background in managing and tailoring the membership experience. He brings a wealth of industry experience in relationship management, governance and operational transformation."
